मैं बहुत महीन हो गया हूँ
ज़रा सी हवा, ज़ोर-झटक
डिगा देती है मुझे अपने स्थान से
सरूप नहीं है पता पर
चोकोर और वृत
के बीच वाला कुछ आकार है शायद।
महीन मैं साहिब की ओर बढ़ने को तत्पर
उमंग-उल्लास-अचरज-अचम्भा
कुछ भी नहीं चेहरे पर, परन्तु
विश्वास, विनम्रता, विनय, विनती
मांगने चला, मुर्शिदों की तलाश में मैं।
लचक खिलोने की तरह जितना नीचे लुढ़का
उतना की ऊपर उछल आता, हिम्मत करके,
ये तो रमज़ भी किसी अजूबे निराकार की लगती मुझे।
वो धो देगा मटमैला आवरण और करेगा शामिल
अपने में, अपनों में, और फिर से छोड़ देगा
इसी धरती पर , किसी दरिया में लुढ़कने को
तलहटी से लगकर, लहरों में सिमटकर
बहने के लिए।
जब तलक नहीं मिले ऐसा कोई
तो बस उड़ता रहूँ यूँ ही हवाओं में
अपनी ज़मीन देखते हुए-
तलाशते हुए!
